From November 5-7, 2014, the greatest wakeboarders on the planet ascended on Abu Dhabi, UAE for the 2014 WWA Wake Park World Championships, hosted by Al Forsan International Sports Resort.

Abu Dhabi, November 7th, 2014 – On the last day of the WWA Wake Park World Championships here at Al Forsan International Sports Resort, it’s Daniel Grant (THA) and Julia Rick (GER) who are taking home the Cable World Champion titles, after another action-packed day in Abu Dhabi.

Prelim Rounds bring high-level competition moving into tomorrow’s Final Rounds
Abu Dhabi, November 6th 2014 –Today, the Al Forsan International Sports Resort was the scene of another exceptional riding day in all categories of the 2014 WWA Wake Park World Championships. “Variety” could easily be the best word to describe all the action we had in front of our eyes: variety in disciplines, categories, tricks and format.

From Abu Dhabi, UAE (October 13, 2014) — Prize Money for the 2014 WWA Wake Park World Championships hosted by Al Forsan International Sports Resort has been raised by 33% from the previous year’s $30,000 USD to $40,000 USD. The additional $10,000 in cash has been raised directly by the WWA and Al Forsan International Sports Resort in an effort to continuously grow the prestigious event to it’s highest potential. From Emerson, GA (August 3, 2014) — The final day of the second stop of the Monster Energy Wake Park Triple Crown went off at Terminus Wake Park outside of Atlanta and featured some of the best riding ever to go down across the board at a WPTC event. Mother Nature played coy today sprinkling in some light showers, but the day was dominated by bright sun and intense competition. Wake Park World Series Stop 1
Waco, TX. – The final day of competition at the Nautique WWA Wake Park National Championships presented by Rockstar crowned winners across 17 divisions. Spanning all ages and skill levels, riding was exceptional in all divisions and a testament to the progression of park riding’s role in the sport.
One of the day’s premiere performances came in the Pro Women Features division. Courtney Angus handled the ramps and rails on BSR’s cable park with ease, launching some of the day’s biggest airs and most stylish rail sections.
